Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in The Community Health Network of CT Foundation. We invite you to explore these pages and get to know the programs that will be central to our work.

 

Although the health plan for which we are named is well known in Connecticut, the Foundation is a relatively young philanthropic organization, founded in 2003. However, we represent a tradition of caring for the underserved populations in the state of Connecticut.

 

We realize the importance of Foundation initiated projects and programs that are supported by scientific and community-based research. We look forward to partnering with health centers and community organizations that can help us develop programs that will produce solutions for Connecticut’s health problems. The Foundation envisions a state where all people have the ability to live healthy lives.

 

We are very excited and enthusiastic about the future and our role in serving the public health interest.
